After the JS series reducer is installed in place,the accuracy of the installation orientation should be comprehensively checked in order,and the reliability of the tightening of each fastener should be ensured.After installation,it should be able to rotate flexibly.The reducer should be lubricated with splash oil from the oil pool.Before operation,the screw plug of the vent hole should be removed and replaced with a vent cap.According to different equipment orientations,open the oil level plug screw to check the height of the oil level line.Add oil from the oil level plug until the lubricating oil overflows from the oil level plug screw hole.After confirming that there is no error by tightening the oil level plug,the no-load test operation can be carried out for no less than 2 hours.The homework should be smooth,without any impact,vibration,noise,or oil leakage.Any abnormalities should be promptly cleaned.After a certain period of homework,the oil level should be checked again.If the ambient temperature is too high or too low,the lubricating oil grade can be changed.
