What are the operating conditions for ZSC gearboxs? ZSC gearbox is a high-precision, hard tooth surface, and thrust bearing transmission device that is matched with screw extruder. Below is a brief introduction to the usage of ZSC gearbox factory.

1. The speed of the high-speed shaft shall not exceed 1500 revolutions per minute
2. The circumferential speed of ZSC gearbox gears shall not exceed 20m/s.
3. The working environment temperature is -40~45 ℃. If the temperature is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to 0 ℃ before starting. The gearbox can be used for running in two opposite directions. But when the high-speed single pump shaft is high, the default direction is facing the output shaft: the output shaft rotates clockwise.
